Chicken Curry

A flavorful and aromatic chicken curry that is perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in curry powder.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
