Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic chicken curry that is perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry powder.
- Pour in coconut milk and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice.
